He fell in love with the house instantly , so everything  fell into place.

After falling in love with the rolling hills, stunning vistas and smooth roads of the Alicante region we decided to look for a home in the area that would allow us to indulge our passion for cycling.  We were lucky enough to make early contact with Lydia from Carousel Properties who found us a small finca in the most stunning location.  It was in need of renovation, but within our budget and had everything we needed to fulfil our future dreams of moving to Spain to run a triathlon and cycling training camp.  Lydia could not have been more helpful, patient and understanding.  She listened carefully to our requirements and carefully matched options for us, even helping us to get estimates on expected building costs at a number of the properties we considered.  Nothing was ever too much bother for her and she helped us navigate through the purchase process smoothly and swiftly.
